Amberlie joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2025. She is currently in her second seat with the property disputes team in Chelmsford.
Amberlie’s first seat was in the residential development team in Chelmsford. She supported the team with site acquisitions, residential developments, joint venture agreements and development finance.
Prior to joining Birketts, Amberlie worked at a Local Authority, assisting with administration for Social Care Learning & Development.
Recent work highlights
Supported on a number of matters on a £180m+ development site, including sales of parcels and commercial units, and refinancing work.
Worked alongside our corporate and banking and finance teams on a joint venture deal with the purpose of facilitating the purchase of land, and the financing and development of a residential estate.
