Asaf Levy is a property law professional with more than 10 years’ experience across leading law firms in the UK and a common law state.
In his current role, Asaf manages statutory and voluntary lease extensions and collective enfranchisement matters, including variations to leasehold titles, while advising clients on enfranchisement strategy and transactional processes. Prior to his role at Birketts, Asaf gained extensive conveyancing experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions, title investigations and complex landlord and tenant matters for residential estates, RTM companies and managing agents.
Before relocating to the UK, Asaf worked at several prominent law firms, where he advised on large-scale real estate developments, planning and construction law, litigation and regulatory compliance. His experience includes overseeing high-value property transactions, conducting complex negotiations, providing legal advice for public bodies and managing disputes.
Asaf is recognised for his commercial awareness, strong client relationship skills and ability to manage complex matters with precision and professionalism. With experience working alongside international law firms, government authorities and multidisciplinary teams.
