Callum is a Solicitor in the firm’s specialist SIPPs/SSASs team, having joined Birketts in July 2025.
Callum qualified as a Solicitor in October 2024, and acts on a range of commercial property matters for some of the UK’s leading SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension Scheme) providers, including property acquisitions and disposals, the grant of leases and licences, and general asset management.
Prior to joining Birketts, Callum trained with another local firm, gaining experience in both residential and commercial property.
Callum’s experience also includes one month spent working under the Public Defender in Mendocino County, California.
Recent work highlights
Acted on numerous high-value and complex real estate acquisitions and sales for leading SIPP Providers, including two separate sales of commercial units in December 2025 for £1.2 million each.
