Charlotte is a Solicitor Apprentice who joined the firm in 2026 and works in our private wealth disputes team, working primarily out of the Bristol office.

Charlotte is studying for her law degree as part of our solicitor apprentice programme, due to qualify in 2028.

Charlotte has experience in contentious probate, having worked in this practice area since 2019 with her old firm. Charlotte assists with advising private clients and charities on matters such as claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, will validity challenges, proprietary estoppel, and executor/trust disputes.

Advising and assisting the Claimants in a successful proprietary estoppel claim involving a farming family.

Maile & ors v Maile & ors [2025] EWHC 2494 (Ch)

Representing neutral parties to a will validity and proprietary estoppel claim. 

Amnir & Ors v Bala & Ors [2023] EWHC 1054 (Ch)

Assisting a protected party in a 1975 Act case involving several parties and a complex estate.
