Charlotte Rankin

Charlotte Rankin is a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice in the corporate team, based in our Norwich office.

She deals with a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and corporate governance.

Charlotte joined Birketts in October 2025 as a Paralegal before commencing her Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship in August 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte spent three years at a leading UK law firm, gaining experience across various practice areas. This background provides her with valuable insight and a broader perspective when dealing with complex corporate transactions.

Charlotte holds an International Relations degree from the University of East Anglia, and a Masters in Law from the University of Law.

She is currently studying the SQE as part of her route to qualification as a Solicitor.
