Charlotte Ross is a Paralegal in the agriculture and estates team, supporting colleagues on a wide range of rural property transactions.
She works closely with the team to assist rural landowners, farmers and estate managers, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Charlotte’s work includes assisting colleagues with the sale and purchase of agricultural land and estates, as well as handling key elements of transactions such as Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions and Land Registry applications. Charlotte also assists with preparing and processing documentation, liaising with relevant parties and ensuring filings are completed accurately.
