Emily joined Birketts in June 2023 as a Paralegal for the Social Housing Team. Emily is primarily based in the Sevenoaks office.
Emily deals with a wide variety of matters, including advising registered providers and social landlords on a broad range of housing related issues but with a particular emphasis on dealing with disrepairs, gas safety and access injunctions matters.
Emily joined Birketts straight after completing her LLB Law degree at the University of Sussex in Brighton. Emily will be starting her training contract with Birketts in 2026 in order to qualify as a solicitor.
