Emma Palmer is a Paralegal in the social housing team based in the Sevenoaks office. She joined Birketts in August 2026.
Emma graduated from the University of Exeter in 2023 with a 2:1 LLB (Hons) in Law. During her studies, she was a member of the University’s Women in Law Society and volunteered within the University’s Wills Clinic, providing pro bono support. She is currently completing the LPC/LLM at the University of Law, where she has studied elective modules in Intellectual Property, Family Law, Law and Business, and Clinical Negligence.
Prior to joining Birketts, Emma worked as a Personal Assistant and Consultant at a London-based executive search firm, where she developed strong organisational, client relationship and communication skills. She is now applying those skills in her first legal role, supporting the social housing team.
