Fabian sits in the residential development team, working on matters for national, regional and SME developers and assisting with a variety of agreements across different stages of the housebuilding cycle
He previously worked in the banking and finance team, where he gained experience in development finance.
Prior to joining Birketts, Fabian graduated from the University of Exeter with a first class law degree. He then went on to complete the LPC (undertaking electives in M&A, Banking & Finance, Insurance and Law & Business), with an MSc specialising in green finance strategy, achieving distinction.
Fabian was previously a Paralegal at Taylor Wessing, where he also dedicated time to the firm’s pro bono initiatives and played a significant role in the firm’s shortlisting for ‘Legal Technology Team of the Year’.
He joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2025.
