Gemma provides guidance on a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Gemma can assist with preparing employment documentation, including reviewing and updating contracts, as well as ensuring that any policies and procedures are up to date.
Gemma also has experience in claims within the Employment Tribunal, ranging from discrimination claims to unfair dismissal, including representing clients in hearings.
