Grace Rossi is a Solicitor in our corporate team, based in Norwich.
Grace advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals and group reorganisations. She also supports clients on general company law matters, advising on articles of association, shareholder agreements, share issues, share transfers and buybacks.
Prior to joining Birketts, Grace spent five years working as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor at a number of UK law firms, gaining experience across a variety of practice areas. This diverse background enables her to bring a broader commercial perspective to transactions and to support clients on complex corporate matters with a practical and considered approach.
