Hannah Malone

Hannah is a Workplace Investigator in our workplace investigations team, based in our Bristol office.

Hannah joined the team in 2026, following a considerable period spent as a practising employment solicitor where she gained particular experience in conducting employment tribunal litigation, including in relation to discrimination and whistleblowing claims. She is also experienced in supporting clients with employee relations matters including complex grievances which require detailed investigation.

Hannah now conducts impartial investigations into workplace issues in respect of grievances and disciplinaries. She takes a tailored approach to each investigation, ensuring it reflects the complexity and seriousness of the issues, the potential impact on individuals, the employer’s size and resources, and any relevant regulatory considerations. Hannah is acutely aware of the sensitive nature of many workplace matters and manages every investigation with the highest levels of care, professionalism, and diligence.
