Haroon Riasat is a Paralegal in our residential development team, based in our Chelmsford office.
Haroon is experienced in supporting senior lawyers on complex infrastructure, conveyancing and development matters for major developers and registered providers.
He assists with legal documentation, title reviews, Land Registry applications, compliance requirements and post-completion formalities, while liaising with clients, local authorities, utility providers and solicitors to help transactions progress efficiently and resolve issues as they arise.
