Harry Jenkinson is a Solicitor in our commercial real estate team.
Prior to joining Birketts, Harry trained in Manchester at a startup, where he supported the firm’s growth as a paralegal and member of the central operations team. He went on to become the firm’s first Trainee in 2023, specialising in commercial property and gaining early and sustained exposure to complex real estate matters through the firm’s non‑traditional training model.
Harry advises on high‑value sale and leaseback transactions, intra‑group portfolio assignments, real estate and infrastructure development agreements, portfolio management, and a broad range of landlord and tenant matters.
Recent work highlights
Acted for a nationwide logistics company on a £15+m acquisition and leaseback involving one of the world’s largest asset managers.
Acted for the tenant on a development agreement for lease of two multi-million-pound logistics units at an international railway freight terminal, negotiating the principal and ancillary documents.
Assisted with lease variations and power purchase agreements for solar PV installations across a national property portfolio.
