Harry Roberts
Harry Roberts is a Conveyancing Technician Apprentice (CLC) in the residential real estate team in Chelmsford.
He assists with a broad range of residential property transactions and is building his technical knowledge and practical experience as he works towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.
He is a member of the firm’s growing finance team and assists with a broad range of refinancing matters. He has a particular interest in large-scale commercial lending transactions and enjoys supporting the successful delivery of these complex projects.
Recent work highlights
Played a key role in the completion of a £7M commercial loan facility secured against a substantial property portfolio, managing transactional elements to successful completion.
