Jade Watson joined Birketts in May 2025 as a Trusts and Fiduciary Manager, based in our Bristol office.
Jade is passionate about working with private trusts and has more than eight years’ experience in the taxation and administration of trusts, as well as trust accounting.
Jade provides comprehensive trust administration services across a wide range of structures, from trusts holding residential property for widowed spouses to large, multi-funded trusts of significant value.
Jade’s expertise includes:
- Advising on the creation, lifetime, and winding up of private trusts
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) for trusts and individuals
- Income Tax and Capital Gain Tax (CGT) for both trusts and individuals
- Reporting requirements under HMRC’s Trust Registration Service (TRS), as well as reporting under international regulations (AEOI / FATCA / CRS).
