She has experience in a full range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, equity releases, new builds and Transfer of Parts.
Jasmin believes in providing her clients a high level of professional service, with clear communication, transparency and acting proactively in order to make the process as smooth as possible.
Recent work highlights
- Acting on the sale of a Freehold building in London for 8.8 Million , with one long lease and 4 short leases.
- Acting on a Transfer of Part for a farmhouse and yard for £1.64 million. The matter involved various titles and a right of access needed to be granted for part of the yard which was to be sold to another purchaser. The matter also involved a charge to be placed on the property in favour of the seller as the buyer was to pay the remaining sum at a later date.
- Purchase of a Freehold new build property with a flying freehold element over garages that belong to neighbouring plots.
