Jodie Gallagher is a Solicitor in our commercial litigation and dispute resolution team based in our Cambridge office.
Jodie advises businesses, directors, shareholders and individuals on a broad range of commercial disputes. Her experience includes shareholder and boardroom disputes, breach of directors’ duties claims, commercial fraud, and contractual disputes.
She has experience acting in multi-party and cross-border disputes and has advised clients across a range of sectors. She also has experience advising businesses and organisations on the legal and commercial implications of legislative and regulatory change.
Drawing on both contentious and advisory experience, Jodie adopts a commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. She works closely with clients to navigate complex issues and achieve effective outcomes, whether through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution or litigation.
