Joshua Richeda is a Paralegal in our real estate finance team.
He works on a range of refinance and property purchase transactions involving commercial, semi-commercial and buy-to-let properties, acting for various lenders and borrowers providing support throughout the conveyancing process.
Josh achieved a 1st Class LLB (Hons) from Nottingham Trent University. During his time at university, he completed a placement year working in recruitment where he developed strong client-facing skills. He also interned as a legal speaking coach where he coached foreign lawyers from leading firms to improve their professional English.
He took part in Birketts’ Summer Vacation Scheme in 2025, where he successfully secured a training contract. He is set to commence his training contract with the firm in September 2027 and will undertake his qualifying work experience as part of his route to qualification.
Josh is based in our Norwich office.
