
Kathryn qualified as a Solicitor in March 2024 after completing her Training Contract with Birketts.
She works with our Shipping and International Team where she advises on a broad range of contentious matters and international trade disputes, including charterparty disputes, cargo claims and marine insurance claims. Kathryn has been involved in matter in both the High Court and in arbitration proceedings.
Kathryn also assists our (Re)Insurance Team where she has worked on disputes involving various non-marine business, including high-value treaty reinsurance claims arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
