Katie qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 and joined Birketts in September 2025 as an Associate in our London employment team.
She advises employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, supporting clients with day-to-day HR issues, workplace disputes and strategic matters.
Katie regularly works alongside corporate teams to provide practical and commercially focused advice on employee transfers and senior employee arrangements.
She also advises on restrictive covenants, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy exercises, performance and sickness absence management, discrimination and whistleblowing issues, and employment tribunal strategy.
Katie’s approach is clear, pragmatic and commercially focused. She works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and to provide advice that helps them manage employment law risk in a practical and proportionate way.
She also has experience coordinating cross-border employment advice through Birketts’ international network.
