Laura Prouse
Laura is an Associate (Chartered Legal Executive) in the agriculture and estates team, specialising in agricultural and rural property transactions acting on behalf of farmers, landowners, landed estates and banks.
Laura’s experience includes farm and land sales and purchases, high value residential property sales and purchases, agricultural property refinances, farm business tenancies, grazing licences and easements. Laura also regularly deals with unregistered land and property, assisting clients with first registrations and title reconstructions.
Recent work highlights
Acting for a landed estate client in the first registration of their estate, consisting of various land and properties.
Dealing with the sale of a farm for private clients in lots, simultaneously completing the different lots.
Acting for a bank in the finance of a dairy farm purchase.
