Lauren commenced her training contract with Birketts in September 2025.
During her first seat in the real estate investment team, she assisted on a variety of high‑value commercial property transactions, including drafting leases, licences to alter and assign, and preparing detailed reports on title for investor clients.
In March 2026, Lauren moved into her second seat in the regulatory and corporate defence team.
She now supports the team across a broad spectrum of defence and prosecution matters, including health and safety investigations, licensing issues, and general criminal law. Her work includes legal research, drafting, evidence review and assisting with case preparation on complex matters.
Lauren graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class Law LLB before completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination at the University of Law, achieving passes in both SQE1 and SQE2.
Before joining Birketts, she gained valuable experience in hospitality, where she developed strong communication, organisation and client‑service skills that underpin her approach to legal practice.
Lauren is based in our Norwich office.
