Lauren Waters is a Trainee Solicitor in our immigration team based in London. She joined in September 2025 following a successful Vacation Scheme in summer 2023.
In this role, she supports businesses and individuals on a broad range of UK immigration matters, including Skilled Worker applications, spousal visas, sponsor licence compliance and wider immigration advisory work.
During her second seat in the public sector team, Lauren advised local authorities and other public sector bodies on a variety of matters, including procurement, local government reorganisation, subsidy control and general public law advisory work.
During her first seat in the commercial real estate team, Lauren gained experience across a range of transactions, including fast-paced purchases, complex disposals and large-scale leasing projects. Her work spanned several sectors, including sport and leisure, healthcare and industrial property.
Lauren graduated from Newcastle University with a First-Class degree in English Literature. She subsequently completed her legal conversion course, followed by the LLM SQE1 and SQE2 at The University of Law.
