Liz joined Birketts in April 2026. She is an Associate in our corporate team and based in our Bristol office.
Liz advises on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint venture arrangements. She has worked on deals across multiple sectors, including the automotive, energy and infrastructure, and technology sectors.
Liz trained and qualified at a leading international law firm in Bristol and prior to joining Birketts, worked in-house for a renewable energy company advising on the sales of development projects.
