Maddie Frost is a Debt Recovery Paralegal in our debt recovery team, based in the Ipswich office.
In her role as Debt Recovery Paralegal, Maddie deals with all stages of the debt recovery process from the pre-action stage through to enforcement including, drafting Letters of Claim, issuing County Court proceedings and obtaining Judgments. She acts for a range of businesses from small, family-run operations to large national companies.
She has also gained experience in insolvency-related recovery strategies, including the preparation and service of Statutory Demands.
