Malaika Khan joined Birketts in August 2026 as a Paralegal in the private client advisory team and is based in our Chelmsford office.
She graduated from Newcastle University in July 2026 with a First Class Honours degree in Law (LLB).
In her role at Birketts, Malaika assists with a wide range of private client advisory matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, and probate.
Malaika is also a future Trainee Solicitor with Birketts and will begin her Training Contract in 2028.
