Marcus Corner is based in our Chelmsford office, undertaking his first seat in the residential development team.
In this role, Marcus supports the team with site acquisitions, residential developments, joint venture agreements and development finance.
Marcus graduated from the University of East Anglia with an Upper Second-Class Honours in LLB Law. He later completed his LLM in Legal Practice (SQE 1 & 2) at the University of Law, undertaking electives in Advanced Real Estate, Advanced Dispute Resolution and Employment Law.
Before joining Birketts, Marcus worked as a consultant for a London-based startup, advising on legal issues arising from the use of artificial intelligence in the insurance sector.
