Mel is a Paralegal in our clean energy team, working extensively with IDNOs (Independent Distribution Network Operators) and collaborating closely with DNOs (Distribution Network Operators) to navigate a technically niche and often complex area of practice.
Mel’s approach focuses on safeguarding client interests while ensuring transactions progress efficiently and complete within projected timescales. One of her main focusses is the preparation and negotiation of transactional property documents.
Mel has developed expertise in advising developers and utility providers, offering a clear and practical understanding of the key elements involved in land rights and utility transactions.
She is committed to advancing her legal career, and her goal is to hopefully commence the SQE soon and qualify as a Solicitor.
