Mia Clothier specialises in property disputes, advising on a wide range of contentious property matters.

Her experience includes both opposed and unopposed lease renewals, general asset management issues such as dilapidations, rent arrears and service charge disputes, as well as boundary disputes and disputes involving land promoters.

Mia also has particular experience in the telecoms sector, advising on disputes and strategic issues arising under the Electronic Telecommunications Code. Following Mia’s previous role at Osborne Clarke, she has extensive experience overseeing 1954 Act lease renewals across large, strategically significant telecoms portfolios. She provides commercially focused advice on managing and resolving telecommunications site issues across high-value sites within complex estates.
