Molly Harris is an Associate in the Norwich family team. Molly specialises in all aspects of private family law, assisting clients following a relationship breakdown.
Molly has extensive experience advising on financial settlements as part of separation and divorce, including those with an international element. Molly regularly advises on private children matters, Family Law Act applications, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has particular expertise in helping survivors of domestic abuse including physical, sexual and financial abuse, and controlling and coercive behaviour.
Molly also deals with surrogacy, private adoption matters, and declarations of parentage.
Molly is passionate about achieving the best outcome for her clients and adopts a practical approach to resolving disputes. Molly has been commended by her clients for her strategic thinking, professionalism, calming and empathetic approach.
Molly is committed to access to justice, regularly volunteering with the Norfolk Community Law Service, Leeway and the Compassion domestic abuse charity. Molly sits on the Committee for Norfolk Resolution, the regional branch of the national organisation which is committed to resolving family disputes in an amicable and cost-effective way for the benefit of families.

Advising victims of domestic abuse who have separated from or are considering separating from their perpetrator to ensure their safety.
Advising on international family issues, including successfully obtaining an English court order to reflect the terms of a foreign court order so that it could be implemented against property in England and Wales.
