Nathan is an information technology and outsourcing lawyer.
He has over ten years’ experience advising clients on strategic and complex projects, including systems, platform and application build projects; networking, infrastructure and cloud services arrangements; terms of sale and purchase for hardware, components and peripherals; integrator services agreements (such as D365); managed services; and other digital transformation projects. He also advises on all aspects of software development and licensing, including agile delivery, open source and blockchain‑enabled platforms.
His clients include first‑tier software firms, industry‑leading trade technology companies and technology start‑ups.
He is recognised for his work in financial services outsourcing and is a key commercial law adviser to SoftwareOne, Sandvik, Vizrt and other leading trade technology companies, including VAKT Global Limited.
Nathan aims to provide balanced, pragmatic and responsive advice designed to support customer success and create lasting partnerships. He is ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, and is a member of the Outsourcing Group Committee of the Society for Computers and Law.
