Niamh Moss joined Birketts in September 2025 and is currently in her third seat with the family team in our Sevenoaks office.
In her current seat, Niamh is involved in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, private children proceedings, Schedule 1 applications, and nuptial agreements.
Niamh’s second seat was with our private client advisory team where she assisted with a broad range of matters involving Wills, estate planning, tax, trusts and estate administration.
Niamh completed her first seat with our agriculture team where she assisted with a broad range of property work including renewable energy projects, agricultural tenancies, farm and land acquisitions and disposals and farming partnership work.
