Niamh joined Birketts in September 2025 and is currently in her second seat with the private client advisory team in our Sevenoaks office.
Niamh supports the team with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as the administration of estates.
Niamh completed her first seat with our agriculture team where she assisted with a broad range of property work including renewable energy projects, agricultural tenancies, farm and land acquisitions and disposals and farming partnership work.
Prior to joining Birketts, Niamh studied Law with American Legal Studies at King’s College London. Most recently, she studied at the University of Law in London and achieved her SQE 1&2 qualifications.

Completed the Birketts Summer Vacation Scheme in 2023.
