Nina Mutch is a Trainee Solicitor in the commercial real estate team based in the Cambridge office.
She graduated from the University of Bristol in 2023 with Upper Second Class honours in her LLB Law Degree. She went on to complete the Solicitor’s Qualifying Exams in London, graduating from the University of Law in 2026 with a Distinction in the Master’s in Legal Practice (SQE 1&2 LLM). Nina completed electives in Advanced Real Estate, Family Law, Private Wealth, the Business of Law, and Innovation and Technology.
Nina secured her training contract with Birketts after participating in the firm’s Summer Vacation Scheme in 2024. She started at Birketts in 2026 as a Temporary Paralegal in the risk and compliance team, before joining the commercial real estate team for her first seat as a Trainee.
Nina is also a fully accredited civil mediator, with approval from the Civil Mediation Council, the International Mediation Institute, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
