Recent work highlights

Horse Racing Syndicate

Olivia drafted the terms and conditions for a new horse racing syndicate, ensuring the document complied with the relevant consumer law requirements, as well as those mandated by the British Horseracing Authority. Thanks to her extensive knowledge of the Equine sector, Olivia was able to pre-empt industry-specific issues the client would need to consider, and to guide them through the process swiftly and smoothly.

Clinical Trials Portfolio

Olivia worked closely with a client in the clinical trials space, managing the client’s contracts portfolio. As well as leading negotiations on critical, cross-border contracts for the client, Olivia drafted the client’s new and bespoke master services agreement, using her in depth knowledge of the client and the clinical trials industry to add key new terms and to update existing ones. This process modernised the contract, reduced pushback from counterparties and ultimately, better protected the client in its day to day business activities.
