Orlagh Willis is a Solicitor in the commercial real estate team based in the Cambridge office.
Orlagh works with the team advising a wide range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, and tenants on a broad range of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters and development transactions.
Orlagh qualified as a Solicitor in 2025, having gained valuable experience at HRJ Foreman Laws while completing her SQE exams. Before joining Birketts in 2026, she assisted with a variety of commercial property matters, dealing with a range of clients from small business owners or individuals taking their first lease to developers, landowners and clients with larger portfolios.
Before qualifying as a Solicitor, Orlagh spent several years working in the hospitality industry which allows her to understand the commercial realities faced by clients. She is known for a pragmatic, responsive, and client-focused approach to transactions.
