Phoebe joined Birketts in September 2025 as a Trainee Solicitor and is currently undertaking her second seat in the corporate team.
Based in the Ipswich office, Phoebe assists the corporate team on a variety of matters, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and group restructurings. She also supports on general corporate law issues, such as allotment of shares, share buybacks, share capital reductions, shareholder agreements and articles of association.
Phoebe’s first seat was in the agriculture team where she supported with a wide range of agricultural and estates matters; acting for farmers, landowners, tenants and agri-businesses. Phoebe assisted the team with a variety of property-related work, including the acquisitions and sales of farms and estates, as well as wider estate management matters such as the registration of land, covenants, and easements.
Prior to joining Birketts, Phoebe graduated from the University of Kent in 2024 with an Upper Second-Class Honours in LLB Law. She then studied for the LLM in Legal Practice (SQE1&2) at the University of Law in 2025, where she passed both the SQE1 and SQE2.
