Prem Shah is a Solicitor in our commercial and technology team, based in Ipswich.
Prem has worked on a range of commercial, data, intellectual property and technology related matters including the drafting and/or amending of sponsorship agreements, promotional services agreements, NDAs, privacy policies, data protection clauses, marketing and licensing arrangements among others.
She joined Birketts after completing her training contract at Foot Anstey LLP.

Co-founded an AI client guidance series regarding the latest international and national regulatory and legal updates on AI matters across commercial services and advised on key risks and responsible AI use.
Represented her previous firm as Retail & Consumer Sector Trainee, recruiting guest speakers for podcasts, writing articles and reporting on key commercial and intellectual property trends.
