Ross joined Birketts in April 2026 and is a Senior Associate in the corporate team in our Cambridge office.
Ross has experience on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company re-organisations, advising on shareholder agreements and articles of association, external investment funding and general corporate advisory.
Prior to joining Birketts, Ross worked for an international law firm.
