Sian has worked for a top tier regional law firm prior to joining Birketts as a Solicitor Apprentice.
Sian has previous experience within plot sales and residential development and has worked for a wide range of clients, both businesses and individuals, including some of the UK’s largest housebuilders together with regional and bespoke developers and builders specialising in residential development work.
Sian assists the team with many aspects of new build developments including supporting in site acquisition, site set up arrangements, disposal of social housing units to registered providers, infrastructure easements and highways and drainage agreements, transfers of land to management companies, local authorities and other commercial bodies and private individuals.
After achieving her CILEx Paralegal qualification, Sian is currently working towards her law degree via the solicitor apprenticeship.
Recent work highlights
Supported in the legals for the UK’s first unsubsidised biomethane anaerobic digestion plant that opened in 2025.
Acted in utilities easement, including National Highways works, for a regional council-backed residential development company.
Acted on behalf of a local, bespoke developer in the site set up of a 8 plot residential development site.
