Salvatore Pecoraro is a Solicitor in our commercial real estate team in our Cambridge office.
Salvatore advises on a broad range of real estate transactions, with experience in freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and asset management. He has acted on high-value transactions involving industrial, retail, and office assets both within London and across the wider UK. In addition, he regularly provides real estate support in connection with corporate transactions.
Salvatore acts for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and local authorities.
