Sarah Mower is a Senior Associate in our litigation and dispute resolution team, based in our Ipswich office.
Sarah specialises in contentious insolvency within the restructuring and insolvency team. She advises insolvency practitioners, businesses, creditors, debtors and directors on a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency related issues. She has developed particular expertise in dealing with transaction avoidance and breach of duty claims. She has a particular interest in assisting directors who are faced with such claims.
Sarah joined Birketts LLP in September 2026 and brings with her more than 20 years’ experience of insolvency related work. Sarah is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive Litigator (Civil Litigation).
Known for her approachability, responsiveness, depth of knowledge and attention to detail, Sarah is client-focused and is committed to delivering practical advice and finding commercial solutions to meet the client’s needs and objectives.
