Shauna joined Birketts in March 2025, bringing five years of corporate experience.
She began her career as a Paralegal at an international firm in 2021, completed the SQE alongside her role, and qualified as a Solicitor in June 2024.
Shauna advises on a broad range of corporate matters and has particular experience in M&A transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, as well as joint venture arrangements. She has worked on deals across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on transactions involving real estate assets and corporate structures.

Acted on behalf of a large care home operator for the sale of its group with a transaction value of c.£600m.
Acted on the sale of an independent school in North London.
Advised a consortium on the delivery of a multi‑million‑pound project to develop a sustainable student village comprising over 700 rooms.
