Her experience spans acting for officeholders, directors, bankrupt individuals, lenders, creditors, and a wide range of stakeholders involved in an insolvent estate. This breadth of expertise enables her to navigate complex situations with clarity and confidence.
Her practice also includes significant front‑end advisory and transactional work. Sian is known for responding swiftly to urgent matters, managing demanding timescales, and addressing unexpected issues with a calm, solutions‑focused approach. She is committed to delivering strong, commercially grounded outcomes for her clients.
Sian serves as a key point of contact for several of Birketts’ lender clients, providing ongoing support and strategic guidance.
Alongside her client work, Sian is actively involved in the insolvency profession. She is a committee member of the Eastern Region of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, and a member of the R3 London Women’s Group. Her involvement helps her stay closely connected to industry developments and contributes to her efforts to promote and support the insolvency profession and those affected by it.

Sian has been involved in an AIM listed administration which successful exited administration and was handed back to his management team in a stable and viable position.
Sian has been involved in several multi-jurisdictional administrations.
Sian acted for a trade buyer advising on the purchase of a business out of administration. The acquisition preserved the jobs of 50 employees.
