Storm is currently completing a split-second seat in corporate and banking and finance, based in the Bristol office.
Storm supports both the corporate team and the banking and finance team on a wide range of matters, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work. Storm also provides support to the banking and finance team on financing matters when advising both lenders and borrowers.
Prior to this seat, Storm spent time in the international private client team, assisting with a broad range of private client and cross border matters. This included drafting Wills, supporting with trust work, preparing Inheritance Tax (IHT) forms, and assisting in the preparation of tax advice notes.
Storm graduated from the University of the West of England with a Law degree and went on to complete the LLM Legal Practice Course, taking electives in Employment, Commercial, and Advanced Criminal Litigation.
During her studies, Storm gained experience in private client work, focusing on Wills, Deeds of Severance, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Following this, Storm worked as a Paralegal in the private client team of a leading Bristol law firm, further developing her expertise in this area.
