Thea Ioannou is a Solicitor in the commercial real estate team, based in Cambridge.
Thea advises on a range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant matters, development work, and asset management. She also has experience providing real estate support for corporate transactions.
Thea acts for a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, councils and ecclesiastical bodies.
