Travis is a Paralegal in the residential development plot sales team in our Norwich office, supporting senior fee earners and developer clients with the day-to-day management of plot sale transactions.
He works closely with national and regional housebuilders, as well as other developer clients, assisting with a wide range of residential development matters. His work includes preparing legal documentation, plot sale file management, coordinating completions, liaising with purchasers’ solicitors and other parties, and assisting with the progression of both freehold and leasehold new-build developments.
Travis supports a broad range of matters, including site set-up work, part-exchange purchases and resales, plot sales, shared ownership sales, leasehold developments, and post-completion development work. He is committed to delivering an efficient and responsive, helping clients meet to key deadlines and ensuring transactions progress as smoothly as possible.
