Ula Szkurdziuk joined Birketts as a Paralegal in September 2026 as part of the social housing team in Sevenoaks.
She graduated with an LLB (hons) from the University of Exeter, an LLM from the University of Law and subsequently passed SQE 1 in 2025. Since completing her studies, Ula worked in a regional law firm based in East Sussex as a Legal Administration Assistant.
As a Social Housing Paralegal, Ula advises registered providers and social landlords and deals with a broad range of housing related issues, with an emphasis on access injunctions and gas safety.
In the future, Ula hopes to qualify as a Solicitor.
