Our clients are drawn from the London Market. We advise clients active in the London market (both Lloyd’s and Company), Bermuda, North America and Europe.
Much of our work is international in nature, and we have been heavily involved in many of the major market issues over the last 25 years, dealing with coverage disputes in excess of 60 jurisdictions and often acting as co-ordinating counsel, working with experienced overseas practitioners. We also have in depth experience of litigating and arbitrating disputes, both in the UK and internationally.
