We have particular expertise in drafting and negotiating service agreements for senior employees and company directors. We regularly draft bespoke clauses to protect a business’ confidential information and interests. Such ‘restrictive covenants’ are designed to prevent employees, for a period following the termination of their employment, from soliciting or dealing with company employees or customers.

We also draft and update employment policies and procedures including equal opportunities policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, company handbooks and HR manuals.
